When items are shipped, there can, from time to time be some issues. Below, you will find the best way to handle this!
1) Taking Delivery Of Your Order
Your order may consist of 4 to 8 boxes, 10′-16′ in length
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY IF YOU NOTICE ANY DAMAGED BOXES OR MATERIAL –We will send you NEW replacement parts
- If you see any boxes that are damaged, please take photos of the boxes & note the box #
- On the delivery paperwork, please mark notes about the damage and which box #
- Open the boxes to inspect for any product damage and take photos.
2) Inspect Material List
After taking delivery
- Please check off your delivered materials with the materials list in your packet.
- Make notes if you are missing any parts or pieces
